Let's start with our Deluxe Tomatillo Sauce! The base is our famous Tomatillo Sauce - a tangy blend of tomatillos with lime juice, green onions, cilantro and a hint of jalapeño - then we mix it with rich sour cream and more herbs and spices. This mild, creamy sauce pairs perfectly with our Deluxe Chicken Enchiladas - but we're pretty sure you know that already.
Our Tex-Mex Sauce is a classic not too mild, not too hot, its just right! This Tex-Mex staple is the perfect combination of our smooth, smokey Red Chile Sauce, made from whole dried New Mexican Chiles, and our hearty Chile con Carne. The perfect traditional sauce to smother your enchiladas. Just add cheese and dig in! 😋
Looking for a sauce with a little more kick? You need to try our Hatch Green Chile Sauce. 🔥 Made with fire-roasted New Mexican green chiles & caramelized onions, this spicy sauce is typically served on top of our Steak Burrito, but pairs great with any steak or beef entrée (and even works as a dip for your chips too).
You've tried our famous Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom Sauce, made with roasted New Mexican green chilies, tomatillos, green onions and cilantro, blended with cheese, BUT have you tried our Boom-Boom Pow? 😏 This delicious, vegetarian-friendly dip is layered with refried beans, our fan-favorite Boom-Boom Sauce, lettuce, pico de gallo and topped with sour cream, guacamole and jalapeños. The Boom-Boom Pow is only available during our weekday happy hour, and it's only $5 - enjoy it with a basket of tortilla chips and a fresh margarita.
