- Does my card expire? Your gift card expires 24 months after date of purchase.
- Do you charge a monthly inactivity fee? Chuy's doesn't charge any fees on gift cards.
- What if I lose my card? Protect your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
- Where can I use my card? You can use your card at any Chuy's restaurant in Texas. You can
also use it at the Shady Grove and Hula Hut restaurants in Austin, Texas.
- How do I order 5 of the $10 cards? Add the $10 card to your cart and you will be sent to the shopping
cart screen. Update your order to 5 in the quantity box.
- Will I get a confirmation when I order? Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.
- When will I receive my order? All orders will be processed by the next business day and shipped from
Austin, Texas. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. More shipping information is
